✅ The return request must be made within 3 days of receipt.

✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

🚫 Items on sale or with discount codes applied.

🚫 Gift cards.

🚫 Returns based solely on personal preference (e.g., change of mind or style preference) are not eligible for a refund.

✅ However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit that can be used toward a different item of equal or greater value.

3. Refund Process
